By accessing this website and submitting a booking request, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all outcall companionship services.

### 1. Nature of Services
All services offered are time-based companionship only. No service, activity, or outcome is implied or guaranteed beyond companionship and time spent together. All interactions are consensual between adults.

### 2. Eligibility Requirements
To book services, clients must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally capable of consenting to companionship services
- Provide accurate screening information
- Present valid government-issued identification upon request
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate cancellation.

### 3. Outcall Services Only
All appointments are outcall only, meaning the provider travels to the client’s location.
Clients must ensure that:
- The location is safe, private, clean, and respectful
- No additional guests are present unless pre-approved
- The location is free from illegal activity
The provider reserves the right to leave immediately if the environment feels unsafe or misrepresented. No refund will be issued in such cases.

### 4. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking request does not guarantee availability
- Appointments are confirmed only after approval
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure time
- Booking details must match screening information exactly

### 5. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits secure availability and compensate for time held
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Remaining balance is due upon arrival
- Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited
Any attempt to reverse payment will result in permanent refusal of service.

### 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations require [X] hours’ notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and provider discretion
- Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

### 7. Punctuality
- Appointment time begins at the agreed start time
- Client lateness does not extend session time
- Extended time is subject to availability and additional fees

### 8. Conduct & Respect
The following will result in immediate termination with no refund:
- Disrespectful, aggressive, or demeaning behavior
- Boundary violations or coercion
- Attempts to negotiate services not offered
- Intoxication or inability to give clear consent

### 9. Consent & Boundaries
- All interactions are consensual
- The provider’s boundaries are final and non-negotiable
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time by either party

### 10. Health & Hygiene
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive clean, sober, and respectful
- Disclose any communicable health concerns
- Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
Failure to meet these standards may end the appointment immediately.

### 11. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Client discretion is strictly respected
- No photography, video, or audio recording is permitted
- Any breach of privacy will result in immediate termination and possible legal action

### 12. Screening Requirements
The provider may require:
- References
- Employment or identity verification
- Completion of a screening form
Refusal to comply with screening requirements results in refusal of service.

### 13. Intoxication & Substance Policy
Services will not be provided to clients who are:
- Excessively intoxicated
- Using illegal substances
- Unable to provide informed consent

### 14. Travel Fees
- Travel fees apply and are disclosed prior to confirmation
- Travel time is not deducted from session time
- Extended travel may require additional compensation

### 15. Right to Refuse Service
The provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason, without explanation.

### 16. Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that companionship services are lawful in their jurisdiction. The provider does not engage in or promote illegal activity.

### 17. Website Use
- Website content may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed
- Harassment, spam, or misuse of this site is prohibited

### 18. Modifications to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Failure to comply with any part of these Terms & Conditions will result in refusal of service.
· Outcalls:
- Must be held in a safe neighborhood.
- Donation must be waiting for me in the restroom within before my arrival. I will excuse myself to the restroom, until I confirm everything is there.
· A 25% deposit is required for all bookings and must be paid via egift card within 24 hours of submitting booking request.
· Remainder of donations must be paid in cash and presented in an unsealed envelope inside of a gift, in a gift bag, in a book or in a gift card. The donation must be presented withing five minutes of my arrival and casually exchanged without referring to it.
- The 14hr minimum must be purchased to fly me out, although the 24hr minimum is preferred.
- Seven hours out of the fourteen hours must be dedicated to my beauty sleep.
- I must have two hours to contact to socialize with loved ones without any distractions.
- For exclusive services please inquire about them in the booking request.
· If you want to fly me out to Boston or NY, a four hour minimum is required. A 24 hour minimum is preferred in this case as well.
· Credit cards are accepted only if proper documentation is ready.
· ID must be out on the table when I arrive.
· Discussion about donations and negotiating prices will not be tolerated.
· Do not share vulgar or explicit content. Defamatory content and/or libel of any kind may result in legal action. Mind your manners.
· I reserve the right to cancel an appointment for any reason at anytime, especially if I feel my safety is in jeopardy or if I feel disrespected.
· I have a strict no refund policy.
· Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of appointment will be subjected to a 50% service charge of the entire booking price, and must be paid within 24hrs of cancellation to avoid being blacklisted.
· Appointments can be rescheduled if my availability allows it and if the 25% is paid.
· Clients are asked to be on their best behavior.
